What is the best service for my family?
We highly recommend starting with a consultation to determine the best path forward. For children under 13, the first step is typically a Parent Intake session. This allows us to fully understand your concerns and collaboratively develop a holistic treatment plan. Early intervention provides long-lasting effects in a shorter period of time.
Is my child too young to start therapy?
Not at all! We work with children from newborns to 18 years old and their parents. We firmly believe early intervention has the longest-lasting positive impact. A parent consultation is a great first step, and sometimes, that alone can lead to significant improvement without further therapy.
Are you offering in-person and online services?
Yes. We offer in-person sessions at our location within Cocoon Orillia (53 Andrew St.) and online services across all of Ontario.
Can I call you if there is an emergency?
We do not offer crisis services. If you are experiencing an emergency or a crisis, please call 911 or attend your nearest emergency department. We aim to respond to all non-emergency contacts within 24-48 hours.
